About the event
This full-day expo is designed to support national efforts to improve Black family wellness by addressing a broad range of issues.
Health Screenings & Education: Blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma, cholesterol, hearing, and more
Medical & Wellness Awareness: Maternal health, pre-natal and newborn care, breast, colon, and prostate cancer, sickle cell disease, diabetes, kidney and heart health
Mental & Social Well-Being: Mental health resources, dementia care, caregiver support, suicide prevention, and anti-bullying initiatives
Preventative & Safety Measures: Child and adult safety, home safety, AED and CPR training, physical activity for all ages
Additional Resources: Dietary and nutritional advice, dental health, transplant donor awareness, autism support, and financial empowerment
