The Kent Area (OH) Chapter, The Links, Incorporated, celebrates the exceptional achievement of our very own Paula Barnes Burris. As a distinguished member and leader of our chapter, Paula has completed the prestigious 3.8 Initiative, a 10-month board readiness program in partnership with Women In Bio, aimed at Engage, Educate, and Empower.

Paula was among the eight executive women of this program's fourth cohort, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and continuous growth.
